News and Announcements

This notification is to inform you that public hearings were convened last evening before the Township Committee concerning Land Use and Development Ordinance Nos. 17-2018, 19-2018  and 20-2018. It was anticipated that all three ordinances would be adopted at that time. However, because of the Planning Board’s summer schedule, the Township Committee did not receive the Board’s reports and recommendations concerning the three ordinances. On the advice of the Township Attorney, the three ordinances were carried to the next  meeting of the governing body on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Therefore, depending on the advice and recommendations of the Planning Board, the Township Committee will take whatever action is deemed necessary and appropriate.
