Ms. Kelli Schanz is Hanover Township's Municipal Housing Liaison.  Kelli's office hours are Tuesdays thru Fridays 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.  She can be reached on 973-428-2497.  Questions and requests for wait list status may be directed to the Township via email to KSchanz@hanovertownship.com.

PURCHASE UNITS: The Township of Hanover is accepting applications for its purchase unit wait list.  There is no application fee.  Income and Asset restrictions apply.  Applications will be pre-qualified, and added to the wait list.  All non-eligible applicants will be notified.

STERLING PARC: A 317 unit apartment complex, of which there are 64 affordable units.  56 units are age restricted for low and moderate income seniors age 62 and older.  8 units are non-age restricted for low income households.  All units are administered by the on site Property Manager.  For applications and information, contact the Property Manager on 973-267-4493.

LESTER SENIOR HOUSING: Part of the United Jewish Federation of MetroWest Complex, consists of 36 age restricted units for low and moderate income seniors age 62 and older.  Included with these units are a meal plan, housekeeping and other amenities.  The units are administered by the on site Property Manager.  For applications and information, contact the Property Manager on 973-929-2725.
