Mayor Ronald F. Francioli will deliver his state of Hanover annual address on Thursday evening, April 6, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Municipal Building.  This will be a special meeting of the Township Committee.  All members of the public are invited to attend.
