Residents may register their
cellular phones for notification via the Morris County Emergency
Notification System (Geocast). By doing so, Emergency Notification
System (ENS) calls made to a geographic area will include cell
phones at addresses included in the call-out area. Residents can
register up to four cell phones per address. To register your cell
phone(s)

This
is not an
instant update, and may take 1-3
months depending on the data update cycle.
The
County has included all home landline numbers in the
Emergency Notification System, and
updates these numbers on a quarterly basis. Please keep in mind
that because of the unforeseen nature of some large-scale
emergencies, no one can fully guarantee that you will receive a
notification every time.
