Join the Mayors Wellness Campaign along with Hanover Township Recreation and SportsCare Physical Therapy on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

  • Improve balance and gait health and awareness.
  • Free, 1 on 1 balance screening.
  • Balance exercise options/follow up recommendations.
  • Questions answered. 

Open to Hanover Township Residents only.

Time: 1pm-2pm

Location: Community Center

All participants must register via Community Pass under Mayors Wellness Campaign 2023.
